In 2023 we started a large-scale renovation, to increase living standards. The new apartments boast energy label 'A' and are future proof.

Over 20 years of experience

Our story began in 2003 with one customer. After housing their employees in hotels for months on end, it was time for a more cost-efficient and comfortable alternative. We started with 10 business suites in which they could accommodate their employees. The start of Htel Serviced Apartments was born. And, without fully realising it at the time, Htel was the first corporate housing provider in the Netherlands. Today, we have more than 20 years of experience and continue to be one of the largest serviced apartments providers in the Netherlands.
