Sales Manager
Are you that determined Sales Manager who will put Htel further on the map? Your challenge is to match the wishes of (potential) customers with the commercial objectives of Htel, but also to identify cross-selling opportunities for the other leisure brands of the Cobraspen Group. You are a networker at heart and know how to represent us well at trade fairs and networking events. You also know how to think up and execute creative sales blitzes!
What will you do?
- Expand existing accounts and generate new business.
- Analyse booking behaviour and turn it into concrete, executable sales plans.
- Attending and participating in trade fairs and networking events.
- Provide on-site tours.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and conclusion of corporate contracts.
- Recording all actions carried out in the CRM system (Perfect View).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with an enterprising and outgoing personality, who warms cold leads and knows how to build business relationships quickly. You are able to change gear fast and have a commercial and analytical mind, allowing you to spot and seize opportunities. Naturally, you have strong communication skills and know how to deal with people from different cultures, backgrounds and professional levels.
- Higher professional education (HBO) work and intellectual level.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or similar.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English in word and writing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- In possession of a driving license B.
