Yes, both  Htel Serviced Apartments Amstelveen and Htel Serviced Apartments Amsterdam Buitenveldert are open.

What measures has  Htel  Serviced Apartments  taken against covid-19? 

Hygiene

  • All team members have been trained in enhanced hygiene, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines. 
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces.

 

Public areas   

  • We have added plexiglass shields at our reception desk to allow separation between  our team members and guests.

 

Facilities

Weekly cleaning is included in the nightly rate. Additional cleaning is available at a supplement charge.

Culture  

  • Cinemas, theatres and concert halls can admit up to 30 people per auditorium. 
  • Museums and heritage sites are open. The maximum number of visitors depends on the size of the building. 
  • A reservation is required. 
  • Possible health risks will be addressed. 

 

Sport and recreation  

  • Indoor and outdoor swimming pools can open, but showers may not be used. 
  • Group sport activities are permitted if people stay 1,5 metres apart.
  • Gyms, spas, saunas and casinos are closed until the 1st of July. 

 

Public transport  

  • Public transport is to be used for essential travel only. 
  • Around half the number of regular seats will be available. 
  • All passengers older than 12 years old will be required to wear a non-medical face mask on buses, trams, ferries, waterbuses and trains. This requirement does not apply in stations and platforms. The fine for not wearing a mask is €95,00. 

 

Shops  

  • Shops have taken measures to ensure that people can observe social distancing. 

 

Sanitary facilities  

  • Shared toilets, shower blocks and washing facilities are closed until the 1st of July  2020. 

 

Closed locations  

  • Nightclubs, amusement arcades, and festivals are closed until the 1st  of September 2020.  
Is a face mask mandatory? 

Wearing a face mask is only required on public transport for passengers older than 12 years old.
