Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping service is provided once every two weeks or once a week depending on the agreement made. The weekly cleaning service entails the following: refreshing your towels and bed linen, the floors will be vacuumed and /or mopped. We kindly ask you to ensure that these areas are accessible for our cleaners to clean. The counter tops in the kitchen need to be accessible.Extra cleaning and change of towels/linen can be arranged at a supplementary charge. Excess rubbish during your stay is to be disposed of by the guest themselves in the designated underground containers at the back entrance. Might you have a pet in the apartment, please ensure that you are present when the cleaning is planned.
Smoking & Drug policy
We are a non-smoking building as per regulations smoking is only allowed in the designated areas outside the building. This is also applicable for the use of E – Cigarettes. Kindly be informed that a fine of € 150.00 applies for those who fail to comply. Smoking from the window of the apartment is also not allowed. It is prohibited to possess cylinders and or use nitrous oxide for recreational use in our apartments. The smoking of drugs around the building is also not allowed.
Fire Alarm
As per fire regulations and for your safety as well as the safety of everyone else in the building, we have afire alarm in place. In case of emergency follow the plan on the door in your apartment. In the event of afire alarm, the elevators will not work. Tampering with the fire detection system in the apartment and public area's is not allowed. In the case of tampering or interference, a fine will be applied and a final warning. Htel Serviced Apartments reserves the right to terminate the stay per immediate effect.
Noise pollution
We ask each guest to respect one another and keep noise to a limitation during the hours between 22:00 hrs and 7:00 hrs.
Maintenance of the Accommodation
We ask you to take good care of the Accommodation, its furnishings and inventory, and see to it that the Accommodation and furnishings and inventory concerned shall in no way be damaged or altered. Might there be any issues for example leaks situations presenting a risk of fire etc please report this immediately to the Resident Service Desk. Client shall be liable for any damage caused to theAccommodation, its furnishings and inventory, unless Client is able to prove that this damage was not hisfault or his own risk.
Accommodation, Furnishings and Equipment
It is not allowed to alter, move any furniture, place office equipment, or connect any cabling, IT or telecommunications equipment in the Accommodation without prior written consent from Htel Serviced Apartments.
Safe
A safe is present in your apartment, might you have valuables this can be stored in your safe. Htel Serviced Apartments may not be held liable for any items missing.
Parking
We have free parking; the spaces are not reserved. Might the parking lot be full there is free parking behind the building as well. Htel Serviced Apartments may not be held liable for any damages or break-ins of cars on the parking lot.
Guest Laundry room
We ask everybody using the machines in the laundry room to ensure they remove their clothes on time after the cycle. This to ensure that everybody can access the machines. Htel Serviced Apartments is not liable for any items missing in the laundry room and or damages to the clothes.
Check-out
We kindly remind you the check-out time is 11.00 hrs. Might you require a late check at a supplementary fee, kindly check with our Resident Service Desk. Please dispose any excess rubbish in your apartment, wash the dishes, turn of the lights and close the windows and doors before departure.
