We are dedicated to making your stay exceptional and memorable. To help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following house rules, ensuring Htel Apartments feels like home for everyone.

Housekeeping Service
Depending on your agreement, cleaning occurs weekly or bi-weekly and includes:
- Fresh towels and bed linen
- Vacuuming and/or mopping of floors
Please ensure all areas, including kitchen counters, are accessible.
Extra cleaning or towel/linen changes are available at an extra charge.
Guests must dispose of excess rubbish in the underground bins at the back entrance. If you have a pet, please be present during cleaning.
Smoking & Drug policy
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated outdoor areas
- Smoking from apartment windows is strictly prohibited
- €250 fine applies for non-compliance
- Possession or use of nitrous oxide is not allowed
- Drug use or smoking near the building is prohibited
Evening conduct
Please be considerate of your neighbors, especially in the evenings. Loud conversations, smoking weed (which is not allowed in or around the property), or strong odors can be disruptive, particularly in shared spaces like:
- The parking lot
- Hallways and entrances
- Other indoor common areas
Persistent disturbances will lead to formal action.
Noise pollution
We ask each guest to respect one another and keep noise to a limitation during the hours between 22:00 hrs and 7:00 hrs.
Maintenance of the Accommodation
- Please take care of the accommodation, furnishings, and inventory; do not damage or alter them
- Report issues (e.g. leaks, fire risks) immediately to the Resident Service Desk
- Guests are liable for any damage unless proven to not be their fault or responsibility
Furniture and Equipment
Do not move or alter furniture, install office equipment, or connect cabling/IT/telecom devices without prior written approval from Htel Serviced Apartments.
Parking
Free parking is available, though spaces are not reserved. If the lot is full, additional free parking is located behind the building.
- Htel is not liable for damages or break-ins
- Park only in designated spots; violations result in a written notice and possible loss of privileges
- No parking on the sidewalk; repeated violations may be reported to authorities
Safe
A safe is present in your apartment, might you have valuables this can be stored in your safe. Htel Serviced Apartments may not be held liable for any items missing.
Guest Laundry room
Please remove your clothes from the machines promptly to allow others to use them. Htel Serviced Apartments is not liable for any missing items or damages to clothes in the laundry room.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11:00 hrs. For a late check-out, please inquire at the Resident Service Desk for a supplementary fee. Before departure, dispose of excess rubbish, wash dishes, turn off lights, and close windows and doors
