With that in mind, we want to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Our commitment to your health & safety

  • Our Resident Service Desk is there to help you and is the first point of contact for questions regarding the coronavirus.
  • All our staff will work according to the latest guidelines and enhanced protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our entire hotel. All public areas are being disinfected with the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • Disinfectant hand gel has been made available in some areas. Please be advised that the hand gel has a limited availability; please use only as indicated.
  • We kindly request you to pay by card, to prevent hand contact.

Cancellation policy

To assist guests whose travel may be impacted by the novel coronavirus, Htel has modification and cancellation waivers in place for the following regions:
  • All reservations with a check-in date on or before 6 April 2020.

We understand these actions may result in a reduction of certain services and facilities that you would normally expect of us. Together we must try to do everything we can to minimise the risks of the virus.
