The main ingredient at Bridges Restaurant is Fish. Eighter the Raw Bar or the stylish restaurant will amaze you with unique combinations such as Lobster and Tandoori.
Sometimes it is actually the simple dishes, like fresh tuna tartar, that really do it for me.
In my opinion Bridges Restaurant adds a lot of value to the selection of restaurants in Amsterdam.
