Shopping
A shopping service is available for orders over € 70. For a fee of only € 10 everything on your shopping list will be purchased and placed in your apartment. Shopping lists for various types of groceries are available at the reception desk. Make sure you order your groceries two days in advance.
Dry cleaning
No time to do your own laundry or go to the dry cleaner's? No problem. Just hand your laundry in to reception before 8.00 am, and it will be cleaned and back in your cupboard the next day.
Taxi service
Through the reception desk at Htel Serviced Apartments, it is possible to order a taxi pick-up that will greet you upon your arrival in the Netherlands and take you to any number of destinations.
Welcome package and Breakfast package
Upon arrival in your apartment after a long journey, the last thing you probably need is a trip to the supermarket. To make the first days of your stay even more comfortable, Htel Serviced Apartments offers you the possibility to order a Welcome Package or a special breakfast package. The assortment of breakfast packages will be delivered in a To Go bag or in a special box and will cost 17,75 EUR per breakfast box.
Cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned once a week and provided with fresh linen and towels. The windows are washed on a regular basis. In the kitchen, major appliances such as refrigerators and ovens are also cleaned regularly. But there is much more we can offer you and your colleagues to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Sports
In our Htel Serviced Apartments complex in Amsterdam, you will find a well-equipped fitness centre. There are also several state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centers in the vicinity.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted in a number of apartments. These apartments are available upon request. The other apartments are and must remain smoke-free. Extra check-out cleaning costs will be charged.
Pets
Pets are allowed, however specific regulations do apply. Extra charges will be asked. Htel Serviced Apartments holds the right to refuse pets at all times. Extra cleaning costs will be charged when checking out of the apartment.
Guest accommodation
Even those unexpected guests or family members can enjoy a stay at Htel Serviced Apartments. Our guest accommodations offer the same facilities that the other apartments have. Guests will be supplied with their own keycard for use in the different lounges and fitness area. The same service and 'eye for detail' will apply, as well as the weekly cleaning service for a longer stay.
